Yale-NUS College Community

World-class facilities aside, it’s the people who will make your Yale-NUS experience special. The Yale-NUS community “eco-system” includes:

a respected scholar whose delight in the position derives from engagement with students, joy in nurturing community, and a passion for fostering student leadership.

A Vice Rector

a faculty member whose focus is the academic and personal advancement of each student as well as the development of programs that link living and learning.

Faculty Fellows

faculty who participate in the social and academic life of the colleges.

Faculty Advisors

professors who meet with students in the colleges at regular intervals.

Student Leaders

elected student leaders who will organize events, disseminate information, and manage a fund to galvanize student-initiated projects.

Rector's Aides

administrators who work directly with the Rector and Vice Rector, and will participate in the administration of their residential college.

Presidential Fellows

influential leaders from the corporate, NGO, and governmental worlds, who will visit campus several times a year to share with students their insights and perspectives.

Dean's Fellows
